Hot Turkey Casserole

Combine the turkey, celery, soup, salt, onion, lemon juice, pepper, mayonnaise, eggs and pickles in a large bowl and mix well. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the potato chips over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 rib celery, chopped
1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/3 cup sweet pickles, chopped
1 cup crushed potato chips
