Gilley's Sac-a-Lait (Crappie)

Season one side of each fish with salt and cayenne pepper. Place seasoned side down in a greased baking dish. Score the top of the fish. Cut the lemon into halves and squeeze about 1 tablespoon lemon juice over the scored side. Broil for 8 minutes. Juice the lemon and combine remaining juice with 2 tablespoons margarine in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until the margarine melts. Spoon the sauce over the fish. Broil the fish for 6 to 8 minutes longer or until it flakes easily. Makes 4 servings.
