Southern Roast Duck

Rub the ducks with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Place breast side down in roasting pan. Combine the celery, onions, garlic, wtaer, worcestershire suace, mustard, nutmeg and lemon juice n a large bowl and mix well. Pour over the ducks. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. You make a gravy by combining pan drippings with flour in a saucepan and cooking over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Makes 3 to 5 servings.

Ingredients:

3 ducks
1 teaspon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Garlic salt to taste
1 cup chopped celery
1  1/2 large onions, Chopped
2  1/2 cups water
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1  1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
Dash nutmeg
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons flour (optional)
