2 tablespoons olive oil<br />
1 teaspoon chili powder<br />
1 cup hot water<br />

1/2 teaspoon pepper<br />
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste<br />
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans<br />
1 teaspoon ground cumin<br />
1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese</p>
